I am not legally obliged to appoint a data protection officer because I am a sole proprietor. Nevertheless, I adhere to the requirements of data protection laws.
3. Collection and storage of personal data; Type, purpose and use
If you commission me, the following information will be collected:
– Salutation, title, first name, last name
- Address
- E-mail address
– Telephone number (landline and/or mobile phone)
– If necessary, fax number (if available & desired)
– if applicable, account details
– if applicable, date of birth
In addition, all information that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract/order with you is collected.
The collection of personal data takes place
– to be able to identify you as a customer;
– to be able to give you appropriate advice;
– to be able to fulfill my contractual obligations towards you;
– in order to be able to fulfill my legal obligations:
– to correspond with you;
– for invoicing or, if necessary, as part of the dunning process;
– to assert any claims against you.
The processing of personal data takes place on the occasion of your request to me and is necessary for the stated purposes in order to process your request and to fulfill obligations arising from the underlying contract/order.
The personal data collected will be stored until the statutory retention period expires (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. As an exception, this does not apply if I am obliged to store the data for a longer period of time due to tax or commercial retention obligations (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), StGB or AO) or if you have consented to further storage.
4. Disclosure of data to third parties

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, which is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR (processing to safeguard the legitimate interests of the responsible body or a third party ) to file an objection.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
